Welcome to Our Emerald Lake HOA ACC Complaint
Our request is simple, and we appeal to the community for help.
Our household at 560 Emerald Lake Pkwy, has made several requests to extend our driveway to accommodate our growing family. We have 2 daughters, one 15 and one 11. They will both be driving very soon and we require the space to prevent driveway hockey.
We have asked the HOA ACC Committee for approval to pour a concrete side driveway, but it has been denied 5 times with varying proposals given to the HOA. WE ARE ASKING FOR A COMMUNITY REVIEW.

This is the HOA Proposal
The HOA proposes a 500sq/ft pad to park cars in our front yard. The HOA will not approve the side driveway we propose, even though many homes in Emerald Lake have an extra driveway with no garage access. Your input is needed to help overturn this decision. We are asking for neighborhood feedback.
